At Nuvotone, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely, both within India and internationally. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.
1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

We deliver to most PIN codes across India through our trusted courier partners.
Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above INR 999

A standard shipping fee of INR 60 is applicable on orders below INR 999

Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional charge of INR 40, where available
Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days, depending on your location
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
Signature on Delivery
Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you are unavailable, please suggest an alternative recipient (e.g., family member, neighbor, or colleague). Nuvotone is not liable for goods signed by an alternative person.
2. International Shipping
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to select international destinations including the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and parts of Europe. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us directly.

Customs and Duties

Your shipment may be subject to Customs Duty / Import Duty / VAT / Other applicable government taxes upon arrival

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total

If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs/duties, return shipping and import fees will be deducted from any eligible refund

Order Tracking
All international shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once dispatched.
3. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Orders placed after 12 PM IST may be processed the next business day
4. Undeliverable Packages
In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal:

Domestic orders may be reattempted or returned to origin

International orders may incur return shipping or customs charges, which will be deducted from any refund (if applicable)
