If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your Order within 7 days from the date of receiving the Goods. To initiate a cancellation, please inform us through:

Once approved, we will process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method. No additional fees will apply.

2. Eligible Returns & Exchanges

We only accept exchange requests if:

  • You receive a damaged, tampered, or defective product (reported within 24 hours of delivery)

  • You experience a product quality issue (reported within 7 days of delivery)

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and in saleable condition

  • A return request must be approved in advance by our customer care team

  • Exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and verified

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items not suitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons

  • Products past their expiry date or prone to quick deterioration

  • Items inseparably mixed with others after delivery

  • Discounted or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

5. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Share a video of the unboxing process showing damage to the product and packaging

  • Provide clear photographs of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label

  • Include your Order ID and a short explanation

We cannot process returns for damaged products without video evidence.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

6. Returning Goods

Unless otherwise specified (e.g., in the case of damaged or incorrect products), You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

7. Refund Processing

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will issue store credit or a bank transfer upon request
