Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
- Orders can be canceled only if the request is made before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Cancellation for Prepaid Orders:
- For prepaid orders that are canceled before dispatch, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Cancellation for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- COD orders can also be canceled before the order is dispatched. No charges will apply for canceled COD orders.

Order Already Dispatched?
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot process cancellations. However, if you have any concerns about your order once it arrives, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for further assistance. Important Notes:
- Nuvotone reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an issue such as product unavailability or logistical limitations. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will not be applicable for orders that are refused due to customs charges or import duties, as mentioned in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
