Kalmegh, also known as Andrographis paniculata, is an annual herb that is native to India and Sri Lanka. It is used traditionally for the treatment of diseases such as cold, influenza, fever, diabetes, skin diseases, ulcer, hypertension, leprosy, laryngitis, bronchitis,dyspepsia, flatulence, diarrhoea, colic, malaria, and dysentery in China, India, and other south-east Asian countries. 
In India, Kalmegh is widely used as a stomachic, anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, tonic, antipyretic, antiviral, anti-fertility, immuno-stimulatory, immuno-modulatory and anti-oxidant agent.
Nuvotone Kalmegh Pachanga contains solar-dried root, stem, leaf and fruit of the Kalmegh plant.  Usage instructions: Dry it under the sun for 2-3 hours, and grind using a grinder to get a fine powder. Store this powder in a cool, dry place. You can also boil it, and drink the juice after adding honey, or desired sweetener. Take one teaspoon, thrice daily, before meals or as directed by a physician.
